  • 😲 Nintendo Switch 2 Rumors:

    • Nintendo will build 10 Mio Switch 2 units for the first wave (Insider-Gaming).

    • Switch 2 will be backwards compatible, leak claims (Eurogamer.com)

    • Several sources are reporting that the Switch’s successor will now launch in Q1 2025 (The Verge)

  • 📺 Nintendo Direct: Everything announced at February’s Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase (Digitaltrends.com). Here are all interesting Cozy games:

  • 🚜 Stardew Valley 1.6 release: Stardew Valley (1.6) is getting a massive March game content update (TheVerge.com)

  • 🤖 Tons of new Pokemon stuff: Pokémon Presents February 2024: Everything Announced (Ign.com)

  • 🎁 EAT THIS EA!!!: Life Sim Paralives will enter early access in 2025 and will never have paid DLCs, only free expansions (PC Gamer).

  • 💸 Cozy Games Investment: Loftia got a pre-seed investment so that the project can become even bigger. Congrats 👏 (Loftia Blog).

COZY GAMES UPDATE

💪 Subreddit r/CozyGamers growing fast and reached 100k members.

Congrats to 100.000 Members!

Another indication that the Cozy community is growing and, above all, has a loyal and intensive community is the subreddit r/CozyGames that has reached 100,000 followers. The special thing is that growth has exploded in recent weeks, as can be seen from the graph.

As the subreddit grows, so does the number of self-promotional posts. Devs are allowed to write about their project once a month, which is totally dev friendly.
